This train carried special cover is released on 26th November 2020 to commemorate the platinum jubilee year of visit of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar to coastal Andhra Pradesh. Dr. B.R. Ambedkar started his tour by train from Visakhapatnam, shortly after taking over charge as Member, Viceroy Executive Council in the year 1944.
