Children’s Day is observed throughout the country on November 14 every year. The day serves as a reminder to the state, parents, and teachers of their duties towards children. It is not only the responsibility of the state but also of every citizen to ensure that children grow up in a healthy and happy environment. On the occasion of Children’s Day this year, the Indian Post & Telegraphs Department is pleased to announce the release of a commemorative postage stamp featuring a painting created by a child.
