Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium

- Construction of a 2,500-seat gymnasium for weightlifting competitions
- A 150-meter-long tunnel built for the grand opening and closing ceremonies and athletics events
These enhancements reinforced the stadium’s reputation as a world-class venue capable of hosting international sporting events.
Talkatora Indoor Stadium
The Talkatora Indoor Stadium, New Delhi, was also constructed for the 9th Asian Games in 1982. Known for its sustainable design, the stadium was built using recycled materials and fly ash, incorporating heat-reflective glass and eco-friendly technologies.
