A Modern Executive Campus in Central Vista

Seva Teerth is a landmark government office campus located within the Central Vista in New Delhi. Conceived as a secure, modern, and efficient administrative hub, Seva Teerth consolidates India’s highest executive offices into a unified campus.

Spread across Plot Nos. 36 and 38, the campus covers approximately 20.12 acres with a total built-up area of nearly 90,000 square metres. It brings together three key institutions:

  • The Prime Minister’s Office (PMO)
  • The Cabinet Secretariat
  • The National Security Council Secretariat (NSCS)

Previously operating from multiple locations across New Delhi, these offices are now integrated within a single, purpose-built complex designed for enhanced coordination and operational efficiency.

Prime Minister’s Office Complex – Plot No. 36

Plot No. 36 houses the new Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) complex. Earlier, PMO functions were dispersed between 7, Lok Kalyan Marg and South Block. The new campus consolidates these facilities into one integrated structure.

The PMO building includes:

  • One basement
  • Ground floor
  • Three upper floors

Architectural Features

The design reflects dignity blended with contemporary aesthetics:

  • Sandstone cladding on the façade
  • Aluminium jali elements

  • Curved zinc-clad roof

Eight internal courtyards allow abundant natural daylight, enhancing energy efficiency and creating a pleasant working environment.

The complex provides dedicated offices for:

  • Principal Secretary
  • Additional Secretary
  • Director
  • Supporting administrative staff

The building is designed to meet functional, operational, and sustainability requirements in line with modern governance needs.

NSCS and Cabinet Secretariat Complex – Plot No. 38

Plot No. 38 accommodates two institutional buildings for:

  • The National Security Council Secretariat (NSCS)
  • The Cabinet Secretariat

Currently, the NSCS operates from Sardar Patel Bhawan, while the Cabinet Secretariat functions from multiple locations including Rashtrapati Bhavan, North Block, Shivaji Stadium, Vigyan Bhavan Annexe, and Chanakya Bhavan.

The new development centralizes these offices into one cohesive campus.

Structural Design

Each building consists of:
