Found across the Himalayan foothills, the Globe Thistle grows naturally from Kashmir to Nepal, thriving at elevations of 1,400–1,700 metres. Its hardy nature allows it to flourish in rocky and dry slopes, where few other species can survive. Despite its spiny exterior, the flower possesses a captivating charm, making it a valuable part of India’s rich mountain flora.
