India Post issued this ₹5 stamp on 14 April 2013, Ambedkar Jayanti, on Chaitya Bhoomi in Mumbai, the Buddhist chaitya and memorial at the place where Dr B. R. Ambedkar was cremated, beside Dadar Chowpatty. A small domed building houses his bust, and millions of his followers come here every year on 6 December, the anniversary of his death.
