The set includes two se-tenant stamps in denominations of 100 P and 650 P, designed by Ms. Bharti Mirchandani. The First Day Cover is also designed by Ms. Bharti Mirchandani, while the cancellation has been designed by Ms. Neenu Gupta.

In ancient Egypt, New Year greetings were conveyed through scent bottles and scarabs inscribed with “au ab nab” (all good luck).

In India, greetings are exchanged during various festivals such as Deepavali, Baisakhi, Dussehra, Pongal, Christmas, Bihu, and Id, as well as on personal occasions like birthdays and anniversaries. The post continues to be the predominant mode of transmitting these messages.
