This bullock cart carried Special cover is released on 07.12.2020 to commemorate 75 years of visit of Baba Saheb Dr. B.R. Ambedkar to Palakollu in the last week of September, 1944 in his capacity as Labour Member, Viceroy Executive Council. During the visit, 53 (fifty three) bullock carts were arranged to welcome Dr. B.R. Ambedkar as he was 53 years of age by that time. Dr. B.R. Ambedkar speech has deep rooted impact on the then younger generation to sense importance of education to uplift their lives.
