Sibnath Banerjee: when did he die?

Something doesn't add up and I hope someone can help. The 1997 birth centenary stamp material gives Sibnath Banerjee's years as 1897–1932, but some websites say he died on 16 February 1937, and he is also remembered as a founder of the Hind Mazdoor Sabha, which was set up in 1948. I haven't found a reliable source that settles when he died. Do you know, or have the brochure for this stamp? Please tell me where you found it.
