Third India–Africa Forum Summit
Some stamp catalogues list a second version of the ₹70 miniature sheet for the Third India–Africa Forum Summit (2015), embossed (hot-stamped), with 200,000 printed. India Post's brochure mentions only one sheet, so I've kept just the one on the site. Do you have the embossed sheet, or know how and where it was sold? A photo next to the ordinary sheet would settle it.
