International Women's Day, 2007: perforation 13¼ or 13½?

A small one for anyone with a perforation gauge. My pages give the four International Women's Day stamps of 2007 a perforation of 13¼, but other stamp websites say 13½, and the brochure I found doesn't give one. If you have these stamps, could you measure one and tell me what you get?
